Hello Danger Corps!
Donald Trump had dinner with Bill Maher. Twice. Everybody smiled, everyone played nice, and then Maher went on television and made jokes. The next thing America knew, the president had written enough words to qualify as a beach read, complete with wounded feelings, ratings complaints, and a very presidential “don’t call me.” I’m back from Missouri just in time to join Tiffany and Nick for the world’s most expensive friendship breakup. We retrace the dinner drama, turn Trump’s word avalanche into something no respectable musician would touch, and deliver a Top 5 that probably belongs in couples therapy. This one is gloriously ridiculous.
The news can be exhausting, and that’s why we make this show together. Danger Corps should be a place to laugh, find the facts, and feel less alone while we’re all trying to protect democracy. Laughter and activism belong in the same room. One helps us stay in the fight, and the other reminds us what we’re fighting for.
