So now we have entered the “NICE agents” era, where authoritarian nonsense gets a fresh coat of paint and a little smiley-face sticker on the side of the raid van.
In this episode, we break down Trump’s Truth Social poll about changing ICE to NICE, the MAGA replies cheering it on, and why this is more than just another dumb Trump word game. It is propaganda with a font package. It is an attempt to make people laugh at the acronym instead of looking at the harm. Naturally, we did both. We laughed, then we looked directly at the harm, because the Danger Corps can multitask.
